Who is responsible

Alexander Frolov operates this website under the name CR8V Studio. For privacy questions and requests, email cr8vstudio@icloud.com.

You can browse without creating an account. The website has no public contact form. An email link opens your email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it.

Website delivery and measurement

Vercel hosts the website, and Sanity manages its content and delivers public media. Requests for pages and resources can include your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. These services process technical information to deliver and protect the website.

We also use measurements to understand visits and improve the website:

• Google Analytics uses analytics cookies after you choose Allow. It can receive page and referral information, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and visit and engagement information. Our integration does not load the Google Analytics tag before Allow. Our analytics setup does not enable advertising personalisation, Google Signals or session recording.
• Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits, referral sources, browser and device information, and approximate location without the Google Analytics cookies controlled by the card.
• Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and responsiveness using page or route information and technical context such as browser, device, network and country.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights work separately from the cookie choice. They may operate before you choose and after No thanks. Allow and No thanks control Google Analytics only.

Your cookie choice

Allow enables our Google Analytics integration. No thanks keeps it off. You can reopen the card through Analytics preferences in the footer and change either decision. Choosing No thanks after Allow withdraws permission for future Google Analytics collection by this integration and removes its accessible analytics cookies. It does not recall requests already sent or automatically erase information a provider already holds.

Reading this notice, opening Details or following a link does not give consent. Details shows the saved cookie status. Privacy and cookies opens this document; Analytics preferences opens the choice card. Neither link changes your decision.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing storage, using another browser or reaching that period can make the card appear again. If storage is unavailable, your choice may last only for the current visit.

After Allow, Google Analytics can set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google's default expiry is two years and can be renewed by later activity; browser limits may shorten it. This cookie lifetime is separate from the period for remembering your choice.

Email enquiries

When you email us, we use the information you send, such as your name, email address, message and attachments, to answer your enquiry and discuss any services you request. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.

The mailbox uses Apple iCloud Mail. Only the operator accesses it, and incoming messages are not automatically forwarded to another mail service. Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to an order are normally deleted after about one month. Deleted messages may remain in iCloud Trash for up to a further 30 days. Contracts, accounting records and information needed for an ongoing claim or legal obligation may require different retention. We do not intentionally send your correspondence to website analytics tools.

Providers and retention

The current Google Analytics settings retain event data for two months and user data for 14 months, with the user period restarting on new activity. Those settings do not determine the lifetime of all aggregated reports.

The current Vercel plan makes Web Analytics reports available for one month and Speed Insights reports for seven days. These are reporting windows, not deletion deadlines for every underlying record. Vercel may keep analytics data longer for plan upgrades. Hosting, delivery, security and mail records also have retention periods that depend on their purpose and the provider's service terms and legal obligations.

Our providers use international infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. The relevant services and their privacy information are:

• Google Analytics privacy information. The current regional Analytics terms identify Google Ireland Limited.
• Vercel privacy notice, visit measurement and performance measurement. These services are provided by Vercel Inc.
• Sanity privacy policy. Sanity's privacy information identifies Sanity AS and Sanity US Inc.
• Apple privacy policy. The Apple entity providing iCloud depends on the account's country or region.

Questions and your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Contact cr8vstudio@icloud.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and locate relevant records. Some statistics may not be linkable to an individual visitor.

The website uses HTTPS, and content editing requires authenticated access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information connected with this website has been exposed.

We update this notice when our practices change. Cookie permission can be changed at any time through Analytics preferences.
